Steam - Crash on startup, can't even get pass the title

Just as the title said. I haven't play Apex for a months now.

Apex straight crashes on startup. No Errors. Nothing.
I can't even get pass the title. Did not get to see the lobby.

It is not my computer fault since Apex is the only game that crash.
I can play other game fine.

Fix Methods I have tried:
Clean boot = doesn't work

Update GPU = doesn't work

Set r5apex.exe disable fullscreen optimization = doesn't work

I just wanna play Apex man.
