still banned after a month after contacing EA help live chat 2 times

hi i have been banned for almost 2 mounths now but only gote in toutch with live chat 1 months ago and thay said i would get my acount un baned 7- 10 days for then i waited 15 or so days then contacted them agein then thay say that they are probebly very busy and that terms of service will contact you soon but they havent done *. I am about to give up here i have tryed so hard just to get my self unbanned for a month😢💔💔😢😬
