Still seeing game trailer for s9 everytime I start Apex

title... still seeing the trailer every single time I load Apex Legends in Steam... yes I have -novid and -dev in the start up command what else can I do to turn this off

@RecalledScorp Would you be able to reinstall and let me know if it resolves this?

@RecalledScorp Have you already tried to Verify the game on steam?

if you mean "Verify Integrity of game files" then yes I've tried that...I'm thinking I may have to just uninstall and reinstall...seems to be my only option left

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still always shows the trailer when I load Apex
    *edit*
    I've also noticed that one of my in game settings always resets as well... "Crosshair Damage Feedback" always gets reset to off and I have to reset it back to "X w/Shield Icon"
