please give me the following info:
1: Internet speed
2: What OS / Build do you run?
3: What hardware do you use?
4: All drivers updated?
5: Any 3rd party software running like Anti-virus, discord etc?
6: do you or any other member in the household watch youtube, streams or downloading while playing?

8: Have you tried using a public DNS to see if this resolve the issue?
My internet is 101 mbps down and 41 mbps up. I use windows 10, and my internet adapter is a Qualcomm Atheros AR938x Wireless (I would use Ethernet, however due to the location of the router compared to that of my pc, am unable to do so). I'll check with the drivers, see if there are any that I haven't updated and get back to you on that tomorrow as it's really late at the time of writing this. 3rd party software running is AVG antivirus, discord, among other things, however that isn't the problem as I previously tried a clean boot with absolutely nothing else running and still ran into the problems. Other people in the house are in fact doing those things but I'll reiterate that the connection is perfectly fine on my laptop which rules out my family members causing the issue, and I myself do not stream videos or download while playing. I have both repaired the game cache, and also tried a fresh install to no avail. Lastly yes, I have tried a public DNS, which did not solve the issue.
Hopefully this can narrow down the problem for you.
Another note, this is not an FPS or graphics issue at all. Only connection.
New note, updating the drivers on my wifi card seemed to work, the game functioned fine for the most part for two days. Aaand then the problem just resurfaced again, but instead of starting when I land, it starts from the very beginning of the game. This is INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING. I have no idea why this is happening, and the fact that it got fixed and then just magically managed to unfix itself just eludes me.
