I tried everything on the EA help troubleshooting (changed DNS, restarted everything) I even dropped firewalls for a few minutes. Nothing helped. Your screenshots are the same thing I'm seeing on my PC.
I played since launch with all the same hardware and ISP, no idea what happened... it seems to just be my account.
