Strange lobby behaviour and error code:net

I am also getting this issue. I’m attempting to redownload now. I am level 256 so I would really like to not lose my progress. This problem is happening on my switch with the same errors. I am getting an additional error that says “this account is not permitted for online play” I have gone through the ringer with troubleshooting and EA help had the audacity to say it was my switch even though every other game is working no problem.
