About not seeing the ban on your account, could you quickly try logging in here with your EA account details and let me know if you see your Xbox account linked? If you don't, then you might be trying to appeal from the wrong account.

Hmm, then it's odd that you're not seeing anything if you're on the right account. How long have you been banned, roughly? Have you already raised a large number of disputes for it?

Hmmm, the only other reason that I can think of why it wouldn't show up is that you've already sent the max number of appeals. Have you already been in contact with our terms of service team a bunch of times?

My account was hacked I only got it back a couple days ago and it was there so I don’t what’s happened like deadass all I want to do is play

We don't have the tools to look into accounts so we can't see what the issue could be here. Something tells me it's the max appeals thing, but just in case I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team if you can. They can take a look at what could be causing issues for you.
