The restriction affects all online modes in Apex Legends. I cannot enter Ranked, Duos, Trios, Mixtape, Firing Range, LTMs, or any other mode.
Simple explanation of the problem:
After my ban was lifted, my account no longer works online at all.
Every time I try to play, the game gets stuck at “Queue: 1” and never loads into a match. It is impossible for me to enter any mode.
To make sure, I tested another account on the same console and with the same internet connection — that account works perfectly fine. This clearly shows that the issue is not related to my connection or my console, but solely to my Apex Legends account.
Since the problem started immediately after the ban was lifted.
