    @kvin2696 try and change the data center, I had the same issue I just changed the data center and now is working.

I’m level 332 and was playing last night. I just logged on and it says I’m level 332 but it says I can’t play ranked and wants me to do orientation matches? I’ve reset the game, the console and checked for updates and I still can’t play anything other than orientation matches

    Also locked into orientation mode despite being 249+.  Trying to repair the game from the EA app.

    @MoonChild11073 Same for me. Luckily all I had to do was quit the app for about 10-15 minutes, and just reopened it and it was back to normal again. Didn’t have to restart my xbox or anything, just quit.
