Thanks for reaching out about this. I'll try to help. It would be good to make sure your equipment was properly power cycled. To do that, follow these steps - unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know what happens.

@EA_Aljo reset modem fully as suggested. Still not matching up.
Did get a connection time out error when trying again, which your trouble shooting options via 'unable-to-connect' guide repeats the steps I've tried all day.
Maybe my account needs looking into by your technical team?
