Stuck in Matchmaking Queue

Hi, I play on XBOX ONE .Other modes works fine but I am unable to load into a battle royale match. It says 5players in Queue,4 players in Queue....but I am unable to play a single match in battle royal mode. Please help me resolve this issue.

Missing 50 Apex packs
