stuck in "party member preprocessing", only can play one game, need to restart

im stuck at "party member preprocessing" when im solo queing and if i play with my mates i have to leave the party and get invited again, bc its also stuck at this state. this is since season 14 and...

@551dfcfa3c097c84happened to me today as well on PS4. kept on doing the circle of death and never loaded the game. had to close the game and restart... had other error popups today that I've never seen as well...
