Stuck on 190 fps cap (doesnt change no matter what)

Hello, I am stuck on 190 fps cap, I tried to remove it and upgrade it to 240 fps cap via Launch Options on Steam but somehow no matter what, it says on 190 fps. Whether I write +fps_max 240/Unlimite...

Check if you have any autoexecs that force a fps cap, it's possible that even with another fps cap in your launch options that the autoexec overrides it.

It's also possible that other software like Rivatuner or AMD/NVIDIA programs are forcing an FPS limit, which you'd have to disable via the respective software.
