Stuck on loading screen, Apex legends wont load. PS4

Sup guys, I've been having this problem for over a week, today I used one of my other Psn accounts, played and everything was fine, once I logged out I had the same problem, it seems like this is hap...

Before you give me way to try and fix it. It doesn’t work every game plays fine apex is the only one that won’t work. Also I can go to another account on the SAME system and play just fine but take the lose of all my progress and in game items I paid for?

    Have you reached our Support team at all to see if there is anything flagged on your main account that could be causing this? Did you ever link up with Steam or remember any changes you did in the last 2 months just prior to this happening?

    There are different departments at a studio. There are teams that create and deliver fresh content and teams that work on bugs. The great thing about these forums is that we can track the amount of people letting us know they're being impacted so we can help flag it down the QA team, so thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like this thread died off towards the end of 2019 and a small amount of players reported it back in 2020, so what we want to do first is see if we can help resolve this for you on an account level or through basic troubleshooting.

      It’s has something to do with my account because I am able to play on a new fresh account on the same system

      Every time I tried giving this game a chance with a couple of friends, there Is always 1 guy that runs into issues network wise and we just loose interest in this game.
      Now, Its my friend that cant load the game on his PS4, he tried everything, flushing dns, switcihng network connections etc. Go storm the bug team tomorrow and ask them what they are doing.
