Reset your entire settings to default. Should work
Okay I just figured it out. I bound my mouse wheel key to jump instead of cycle weapon. Pressing 1 or 2 to switch your weapons won't fulfill the Switch Weapons objective.

I attempted changing the different key bindings as well as the original "1" and "2" keys and still cannot complete the tutorial. I do not have a PC controller. Do you have any other suggestions on how to complete this task?
The "Switch Weapons" option is actually grayed out and has a line through it. What to do next please help me anyone.
