Stuttering appeared After update GeForce Experience 3.26

stuttering appeard after Geforce game ready driver 517.48 and update geforce experience 3.26, when i rollback to ver.516.94 & geforce experience 3.24 or just remove geforce experience 3.26 and frame...

@kyunoa had this problem and it was fixed when I deleted GeForce experience, #feelsbadman I loved to clip my in-game highlights and share them with my friends.
