THis patch has increased load times by 500% and gameplay is absolutely horrible. The first days I couldn't even connect on it. 32gb ram, 1800x, 1080sc x370 tachi, so It's not my machine, game was flawless and fast loading up until the last patch, and I'll be honest, if EA doesn't fix this SHi* there gonna lose me as a player. I hated the player base enough as it was, and now with an unplayable game its easily biomining a deciding factor to just scrap it and uninstall all together.
Totally agree. They just wan't to run the even till it ends and pretend nothing happened.
I feel really bad spending about $200 on this game, really ☹️I have the same problem right after the genesis update was released, since then nothing has been fixed on the respawn side and no methods have helped. For me, the game is in an unplayable state since the release genesis. And so the server patch that was supposed to fix performance issues yesterday didn't actually amount to anything & neither has what has been going on today.My nephew claimed yesterday that the first game he played the ping was at 35ms & was pretty steady the next two games was full of lag spikes.(up to 1500ms he claims).Rather than re-install the game earlier this afternoon I tried a few games on my nephews PS5 (at his house)& was pretty disappointed but not really surprised if I'm honest.What a bug filled mess of a game & it's clear as day nothing has been fixed/repaired in the game that the devs have claimed has (other than using one of those cheap waterproof plasters that peels off minutes after putting it on).It still has the same performance issues ie stuttering,lag-spikes,characters freezing etc that has dogged the game for weeks & got me deleting the game on my own PS5 over a week or so ago.
