A temporary fix is to launch the game and stay in the title screen/lobby/firing range and open task manager. Just monitor the cpu usage until it drops to about 20%ish. Seems like the game is pre-loading EVERYTHING making the CPU spike to 100% also noticed that it is using 20% of my SSD so yeah, maybe it is trying to load every assets or something.
