@Detrovich Try updating your windows to 21h1 and get the KB5004296 cumulative update. I think this also helped to fix the 100% CPU for me.
@ildesertoThanks, but not now. Its not a quick process and if something will went wrong i can lose my files and some stuff like that. I hope they will fix that until i dare to reinstall or update windows. But regardless of that i appreciate your try to help me, thanks.
everything its ok, no framedrops, no frametime, not full cpu usage, no full gpu usage and my game stutter, what is the problem
@L4JKANYou reinstall easyanticheat or it just gone by itself? Sorry, didn`t seen that your game is still stuttering. I thought that you fixed this game.
Maybe i should try this method one more time.

- @SpectreFang i use afrerburner, i dont have framespikes stable fps, frametime its good, i have 40ping, everything its set to performance, low quality graphics in game, i off shadow in config, others game run smoothly no microstutter, only in this game i have microstutter i try everything to fix this and still nothing
