Support Request: 11500 Apex Coins Lost Without Any Spending

Subject: Missing 11500 Apex Coins – No purchases or account activity made by me

I need urgent help with my Apex Legends account. 11500 Apex Coins disappeared suddenly with no spending, purchases, gifting or refunds made on my end.

I saved these coins for in-game skins and bundles. I have never shared my account, used any third-party tools, or done any abnormal transactions. My account is secure and only logged in by myself.

After finding my coins missing, I restarted the game, relogged my EA account, rebooted my device and waited over 24 hours for server sync. The coins still did not come back. I checked all transaction logs, andthere is no record of any coin deduction or consumption at all. This is an official server data error.

Please check my account backend logs immediately and fully restore my missing 11500 Apex Coins. Kindly reply to my email with the processing result as soon as possible.
