Teammates voice not recorded on stream

What happens when the bug occurs? I can hear my teammates but my viewers cannot. The same happens when I record gameplay off stream via ps4. It's like I'm talking to myself and my teammates have the same issue when they stream. Their viewers cannot hear what I say. If I create a PlayStation party the issue is resolved but its very inconvenient to me because my teammates and I have different NAT types.
What should be happening instead? My viewers should be able to hear them just like I do

When I stream my gameplay I can hear my teammates but my viewers cannot hear them. My teammates have the same problem when they stream. They cannot hear me. I cannot use discord because I will need expensive equipment. I need a fix for this ASAP because I have to restart my stream schedule. I have also contacted an EA live agent and informed about this bug twice.
