temporary ban lasting longer than a week

Hey, this all started from when i got temporarily banned from apex legends for my little brother being stupid in the chat logs when I wasn't home, i didn't really mind it at first, because it was only a week, or so they say. Anyways a weeks gone by and what? no unban? yeah I was confused as to why I didn't get unbanned yet too, but I just shrugged it off and told my self to just wait one more day.

its been 2 and a half weeks since then, and no unban, I also tried to dispute this but got a "no" in return.... how long do I need to wait?, and why is it lasting longer than what it should be?, i have alot of questions that i want answered but ill just leave it simple.

Also I just brought titan fall 2 and need for speed heat, and to my surprise i cant play online in either of those games because I'm banned, god this sucks lmao, anyways the emails will be listed below.

as you can see it got denied even after dispute, please help, it would be really amazing if anyone did 🙂

    It's possible that the ToS team decided to change the duration of your ban, it's also possible that your temporary ban has become a permanent ban.

    From what they're saying:

    "After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we found that your account was actioned correctly and will not remove this sanction from your account."

    Since they said that they wouldn't be removing the ban, it would be an indication of a permanent ban.

    Some games typically ban players automatically for a short time period to prevent them from playing and so the team can take their time to investigate.

    It's possible in this case that support reviewed your account after this temporary ban and concluded that the proper action to take is a permaban.

    These actions are typically final, so a dispute will not revert their decision.

    Do note that AHQ is not intended for helping with account issues.

  • @XHelperZdayum bruh, is there anyway to confirm if its permeant?, oh and sorry, I'm new here lol, didn't know that i shouldn't be in AHQ, sorry again.

    No worries @Refreshs416, sorry using bold might've made it sound a bit aggressive lol.

    Just contact EA directly and ask how long your ban will stay, that's pretty much the only way of checking :P

    Hey @Refreshs416 this is something you will need to address with our TOS team.

    The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    1. Click Contact usat the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
