Terrible FPS Performance & 99% CPU usage since Season 16 start (only S16!)

@arunasgoodboi yesterday i went to a shop and left apex runing - when i got back in 20 min - i found that smtg like uv sayd but it wasnt apex - it was some service that apex uses in windows - and 100 cpu usage was on that service and i couldnt do anything about it - i pressed reset - now after i start apex cpu usage went to 100% - before that there was a virus in windows that made the same thing - so thought that windows is infected - i cheked all - it was apex service that uses 100% of cpu
