Texture laoding slowly

I don't what just happened with my game i am on high setting high stream after the last update it gone worst the texture is loading slowly even in the world edge the supply bin the road the world the...

Thanks! Did you also have a chance to try repairing to see if that makes any difference at all on your side?

@EA_Kent I keep seeing textures changing infront of me.+ the frame pacing of the game is off since the update on the 3rd of this month.I keep reducing the texture stream to reduce it but even on low it's still very much there.This on a 1080ti/9900k/970 evo SSD

(by bad frampacing I mean when you look around fast enough certain parts of the environment jitter/vibrate)
