Texture laoding slowly

I don't what just happened with my game i am on high setting high stream after the last update it gone worst the texture is loading slowly even in the world edge the supply bin the road the world the...

Would you both be able to grab your DxDiags for me when you have a chance? I'm going to start gathering up some info on this and get it sent up to the team for a look.

@EA_Kentthis is my dxdiag info,, i send some friends they have the same problem to send me there dxdiag and i will post it here too
