Texture Streaming Budget turns everything black unless set to none

So I have been having this problem with only Apex Legends. I just upgraded to a gtx 1660 TI. So I play everything on the highest without any problem. The only thing is, whenever my texture streaming ...

Hey @Yugen_Luke. 

What's giving you trouble exactly? Are you seeing black textures like OP mentioned, or is there something else going on?
