Textures not loading/lag

Hey lads, lately when playing apex at update days or before update days ive been having issues with textures which (i think) cause my high ping / latency.

Everytime i load into a game it takes alot of time or sometimes it doesnt even load, but when it does i have blurry textures and while im dropping and when i drop i have high ping but it doesnt feel like normal ping / conectivity lag but more of a fps drop. It isnt tho. When i turn on info it says i have about 70 - 80 fps but atleast 400 ping on every server.

It normally stops lagging after 2 or so days but it has been almost two weeks and it still lags to the point that its unplayable.

Ive been searching everywhere and havent really found anyone with the exact problem as me, but i hope somebody has fix for this.
