Textures not loading/lag

Hey lads, lately when playing apex at update days or before update days ive been having issues with textures which (i think) cause my high ping / latency. Everytime i load into a game it takes alot ...

Is the game on an HDD or SSD? @KlasekFromMars

Trying to see if its hardware or network related lagg.

I got it on ssd and if it helps its on steam. @EA_Atic

I did try to install it on ssd but it didnt work. Only thing i can think of is installing it on origin. @EA_Atic

@EA_Atic I tried installing it on ssd on hdd on steam and on origin. Tried using different settings. I dont know what to do anymore, it has been a month and i was not able to play a game i like and that i spent money on. Is there any other way that i can solve this issue? There has to be a way why this has happened in the first place.
