The apex game account was stolen by hackers.

Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account. If you haven't already, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account and system back into your control.

For banned accounts you'll need to submit an appeal here to have our Terms of Service team review the ban.

After that you'll need to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself. As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums.

You can create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I need help with my hacked account so the support team can assist with the actual account recovery.

@科怀22222222 I really need the help of the BAN team. I have tried all the ways to contact EA, but we are in China, and all kinds of factors are bothering me. I can only publish my only hope here. At the same time, I also hope that EA can see that I am really innocent when my APEX account is blocked. If I really used the cheater, then I will not bother to find a way to unseal the account. I am really tired about it.
This is very unfair to me, I just want to go back to the apex game because I love it!

I really need the help of your BAN team. I tried to contact you through official email and customer service, but I couldn't send it. I just learned that my account was blocked today. I spent the whole day in helplessness and loss. I was very tired because I couldn't unseal my account by other means, damn hacker, destroyed my painstaking efforts in apex game.
And I newly bought the undead skin I like and can't play. Damn it, the damn hacker stole my account. I'm tired. I'm really tired.......................................................
