The Client's game account has been banned

I was in the firing range warming up and the game crashes with the error "The client's game account has been banned". When I checked my account ban history there it shows I have no infractions or any...

I had an infraction two years ago for telling some guys to eff off, but that was TWO years ago. I don't cheat. This customer service is a joke. no wonder the game is dying. If I don't get my account back I could care less. I have spent way too much time and money on this account to start over. Also here is a picture of me with HAL and Wigg at LAN.

@ClamSlaya If you don't mind me asking, does your EA account also show no bans in your history?

Trying to gather some additional information so we can have consistent evidence across all of our reports.

As this happens more and more, it'll (hopefully) strengthen our reports and maybe assist with identifying what exactly is triggering this.

@WarMuffin0341 It shows no bans in my history, but I got an email telling me I cheated and denied my appeal. I never cheated though. No ban history. Ridiculous

  @ClamSlaya That's wild. I don't even understand how you could get banned for a ToS violation if your record is clearly showing no EA Ban.
  
  Unfortunately, looking at other posts on this: EA Answers will tell you they can't help and to make a ticket/contact support.
  
  So we're really just stuck waiting until someone silently unbans everyone as they have done previously for other accounts. Feels a little deceptive in my opinion.

    I submitted another ticket asking what I used to hack with. I have two factor auth on so I don't think someone logged into my account, but maybe hacked me while I was playing to trigger the anti cheat? I have no idea. This is beyond frustrating though.
