The game crashes when the Start screen loads
Hi, I was playing fine yesterday. Decided to play today and what's the result? It loads up to the start screen and crashes without errors, automatically opening the EA App. I found a 7-month solution...

DeffProfi I see you're having the same issue as the player in this thread. I've gone over a few things to try over on that thread already, (so please do check that thread out), and let me know if you're still having issues loading the game after that.
Note: I've also removed the video link you've shared due to it containing personal information, (such as your email address), to help maintain your EA Account's security.
I will summarize what the video was showing:
- The Task Manager was shown, and the programs that were listed as "running", shouldn't be ones that conflict with Apex Legends, (I say "shouldn't be", as I do not speak/read your language, so I cannot tell what program is what).
- When the game is launched, it does freeze on the main menu for a few moments before showing the prompt to enter the game, (however, once the game is entered, it crashes to the desktop).
