My friends knew that I had been suspended, so a friend told me that my account was accessed.
He kept trying to access the game, and when his friend entered the room, he said something in Russian and closed the connection.
When I checked my account on EA site, I found that it changed to a strange language and I couldn't access it with my old password, so I accessed it via Steam Link.
The mobile phone link in the account has been deleted.
Even though this happened, my account's suspension of APEX will not be reversed as a final decision.
My account was suspended in February due to illegal program use by a hacker.
I've tried to prove a program that I didn't use through numerous cases, but it wasn't accepted and I thought it was a chance that heaven helped me today.
I thought I could find my account in the fact that a stupid hacker checked if my account was suspended, but it wasn't.
I guess TOS never reverses after making a final decision.

Keep in mind that the account holder can be held responsible for any activity on the account according to the TOS, so technically you can be banned for what someone else did on your account.
Though of course I wouldn't be able to know why the TOS team has decided to give you this punishment.
Keep in mind that account issues (like bans, etc) cannot be dealt with here on AHQ as this is a community forum.
If the TOS team has already confirmed that they're upholding this action after multiple investigations then there really isn't anything you can do to change that.
