I'm missing all of my daily/weekly/event challenges and rewards... I've contacted EA multiple times and was told their team will fix it asap and still nothings been resolved... I just got a call from EA which then got transferred to a technical support team who I waited on hold for well over an hour to talk to them and no one ever even answered it eventually hung up on me... very poor customer service. I have spent good hard earned money on this game as well and this is how EA does business? It can't be that hard of an issue the reps told me that alot of other players are experiencing this issue too
(Update) that patch this morning fixed it thank you guys so much!!!! I can see all the challenges now and got all the rewards during downtime as well! 🙏👌💚
