I have to keep restarting the game and even then, sometimes the event won’t come back after resetting three or four times.

Please help me - I play on PS4 and my game does not show other players Origin IDs only “Player####” as well as NO challenge info - i cant see any challenges and I’m totally missing out on the Grand Soiree event. Live chat and phone call options are completely useless as none of the agents even understand the problem (they said: “are you sure thats not just their chosen usernames!?”) and when I email it tells me to call but doesnt give me an option to which feels like im getting the run around. Customer service for Apex is severely lacking. I’ll attach some pictures to show the issues.
I can't see my challenges anymore and the match summary screen is blank. Also, when I try to select the About button for the event it crashes the game. Anyone else having this issue? PS4.

Maybe consider extending events, or giving active players the rewards? Yesterdays server issues were so laggy, I couldn't enjoy any match, let alone Gold Duos.
Haven’t had challenges since the first day is grand soirée. Also my game crashes every time I try to open the “about” game mode button
It won't even bring up the challanges bat for me
It was only recently that I realized that the new challenges that are meant to unlock weekly are not in fact doing so, and haven't been doing so for a while now. I've been playing the game on and off for quite a bit with this problem there and in that time both the origin platform and the game itself have updated with no fix appearing. Furthermore, the other challenges now also seem to be bugging out, I've attached photos displaying the problem. Not including week 11 and 13, I had completed all the other challenges but suddenly now they are colored as though they are not, while the bar itself is still full, indicating a completed challenge. This is extremely inconvenient and I'd appreciate any help I can get.
I was able to finish the goals of the first day but the next day it was all gone!
