The new event and daily challenges keep vanishing

I'm glad they're getting it fixed, and I know everyone seems to only be concerned with the event, but any word on compensation for us losing a week of battle pass challenges (content that we paid for)? As far as I've seen they haven't acknowledged it beyond, "Woopsie, it'll be fixed." Meanwhile, a bunch of us are over here missing out on being able to complete our battle pass.

I can’t see nothing and everytime I click about for the event my game crashes 

So those of us that have been having issues the entire event and were waiting for a response are just out of luck? All of my challenges are gone, not just the event ones. My game is consistently launching me solo about 30% of the time and after I exhausted all recommended “troubleshooting” options. I just stopped trying. When two game modes had passed without a solution, I gave up, realizing that it would be mathematically impossible to earn the rewards and didn’t bother playing 3rd person or Live.Die.Live as a solo player (for obvious reasons on the latter).. I’m just wondering. I play on PC and PS4 and the issue is affecting the PS4, which wouldn’t be a big deal if I could use the same account across platforms, but I can’t. I had originally started playing on PS4 the day after launch but a few months later bought a gaming PC (lightyears away from the PC I had at the time) and started making the move to PC and not using PS4. Ahhh, well... I spent $$$ on Apex packs those first few months and accumulated the majority of items in the pool (on PS4). I’m a completionist to the core so I’m serious about collecting “limited time” stuff in game but I’m not going to spend $500.00 again just to catch up on PC and waste the other account... Any suggestions on how I can go about tackling these issues? 

Every since the new GRAND SOIRÉE LOADED I WAS ABLE TO SEE ALL MY CHALLENGES AND REWARDS BUT SOMETHING HAPPENED AND IT ALL DISAPPEARED..I have nothing in the screen ..this is on ps4 by the way..! I get this error notice when I go to read about the event..and here is a pic of what I see when I’m in game..but the funny thing is I have all my rewards that I’ve earned  but I no longer have  my daily or even the option to check daily or weekly rewards..

I'm missing all of my daily/weekly/event challenges and rewards... I've contacted EA multiple times and was told their team will fix it asap and still nothings been resolved... I just got a call from EA which then got transferred to a technical support team who I waited on hold for well over an hour to talk to them and no one ever even answered it eventually hung up on me... very poor customer service. I have spent good hard earned money on this game as well and this is how EA does business? It can't be that hard of an issue the reps told me that alot of other players are experiencing this issue too

Same thing for me, very sad to hear that. I'm basically playing because i like grinding through these challenges. The latest patch for the event have delete my challenge bar, i'm 92 of the battle pass. I've even re-download/install the game and they're still missing. I had no internet for a while, got it back at the start for the month, already cleared 45 bp lvls.. Wish i had my challenges for the last 18 lvls.

PS4 same here. I am getting battlepass level up, but it's been completed. The only problem is the new events for me. When I log on to other accounts they are there, so it's an issue with individual accounts.

There's a patch due soon to address this(wednesday morning PST), please let us know if things change after the next update rolls out.

When I'm on the main menu of Apex legends and go to the game mode tab and I press on about then my game gets an error saying:

I believe you are on PlayStation 4 right?
There is a known issue that bugs out the Grand Soiree challenges.
