sorry to hear what happened to you.
From your title and description it looks like the used computer you bought has a hardware ban on it.
Here on the forum we can not help with bans and such outside of some tips.
You probably need to contact the seller for a refund if possible.
You might be able to contact the ToS team and or and EA advisor in order to explain the situation.
This is one of the reasons I would never buy a used console x-box PS4 switch etc. as for a used computer it is even more so as there could be many other things wrong with the PC and or hidden software installed.
I wish you the best of luck with your issue though.

Hey @amz0014 you will need to speak with our TOS team in relation to any ban
If the ban is related to the system then you will need to speak with the seller.
The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
- Click Contact usat the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
- Fill out any other details below.
- For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
- Click Select contact option.
- Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

It doesn’t matter. I contacted the TOS team because I bought a computer, played for under 20 minutes and it got banned. The previous owner admitted to cheating and I informed the team of this and that I got the computer second hand and they closed the matter and said they made the correct choice in banning.
