The steam wallet has been debited, but I didn't get Apex coins

We can't look into missing purchases from the forums. There was a recent update which might delay things. please allow for 24hrs to pass before reaching out to the support team as it may come through after it finishes syncing up. However if it doesn't appear in-game after that window passes, please try these steps in this order:

1. Quit out of the game completely, then restart it.
2. If you’re playing on Steam, try launching your game from Origin.
3. Powercycle your system.
4. Collect your proof of purchase as detailed in that hyperlink for the missing Apex Coins. Without this, we can’t help you.
5. Contact the EA Help support team directly.
