30ms from outside Japan is impressive. It's not fair that there are no Korea servers. Asia Festival had Korean teams, creators like Chicken-koon and a Korean Loba cosplayer Myboo.
One more troubleshooting step came to mind. Had 30ms from home on ps5. Got a SteamDeck, took it to a Starbucks, and got 20ms at server selection. I don't know if changing providers or trying a coffee shop's wifi is an option for you. Makes me wish there was a bulletin board or database for sharing ping times by location/provider.
