This seems like a latency issue. Have you tried setting the game's region correctly? When you launch the game, at the bottom, you'll see an option to change your server region there, with the ping and packet loss provided for each. Sometimes, other regions won't load for some reason and become un-selectable (which can be fixed by restarting the game).
Try selecting the region with the lowest ping and packet loss. If you don't see a single region with less than 80ms latency, restart the game and try to find one again. Wish you luck.
@kurozawa6Of course I tried to choose a different server. It did not help. Now I play on Frankfurt 1 and Frankfurt 2. When choosing a server, the ping usually does not exceed 70 ms. In the game, the ping is 80-100.
