They forget to merge my PSN account and I lost everything

I played Apex since the beginning on PS4 and when progression happened it only showed My Steam and my Switch account and not my PlayStation account. When it merged I no longer had access to my PSN apex account and lost all my skins, heirlooms, unlocked characters, stats, everything. It's very disheartening to lose my account I have spent hundreds of dollars and hours on my PSN account and no longer have access to it. I have emailed EA help and started a case but they have not responded to me and its been almost a week now and I don't know what to do now.

    Hey @LazyMidnightzero I am sorry to hear about your lost account progress. 

    Something like this happens if you unlink your platform accounts from your EA account. This article on our website explains it in more detail. 

    *If you unlink your platform account and link it back to your original EA Account, you may be able to get your stuff back if you still can access the account.

    If you need help with that, please contact our support team via chat. 

    Also, if your account was created after October 26th 2023 it will not be merged.
