This profile is not permitted to play online (Apex Legends PS4)

I downloaded apex legends on my ps4, but it says "your account is not permitted to play online" but I have ps plus and the account is over 18.

I think I need to link my ps4 with ea but there's no way on AL to link it because it isn't prompting me. 

What do I do? 

You need PS plus

I do have pa plus and it still dosent work

Are you on a Sub account playing on the same Playstation?  Like a parent (or someone) is the primary PSN account and you're is a secondary (sub) account?

If you are a sub-account does the primary have a PS+ subscription?

If not a sub account Does your account have it's own PS+ sucscription?

I have Xbox gold, it's my Xbox one ,I paid for it. When I try to press "A" to continue at the main screen a message appears...this profile is not permitted to play online. See ea.com unable to connect for additional information... I tried the website...came up with a error..

I press "A" again and it prompts me to purchase Xbox live gold....Help

This is potentially an underage issue but there are a number of other reasons for seeing that error.

I have entered the app on my ps4 with a non restricted, PS plus account but this appears

This account is not permitted to play online

My game says that this account is not permitted to play online so what do I do? Should I delete it and redownload it?
