This profile is not permitted to play online (Apex Legends PS4)

I was online and tried to login and play Apex Legends and I couldn’t because after I pressed continue it said this profile is not permitted to play online, I have Xbox live gold , I check my email and I haven’t gotten anything from you guys about my account, is there anyway I can fix this?
