This profile is not permitted to play online
It gave me that error message and told me to look here for more info so if you know how to fix this that would be great

When I try to log into Apex Legends, it says my account is not permitted to play online. My account has unrestricted access to all content, and Xbox doesn't require you to have Gold for online play. I can also, play Apex with every other account I have. Why can't I just play this game that my wife and I love.
I was having the same issue. I had to completely log out of my Xbox and then re-sign. And it worked for me.
