'This Profile is not permitted to play online' on my Xbox Series X. Apex used to work perfectly fine but as soon as I have switched houses, the game just seems to be unplayable and crashing too often...

I've had similar issues I got cross progression recently and its now saying 'Your account is not permitted to play online' This only happens when i try to play on my PC though. When I try to get on to play on my PS its perfectly fine. Im or anything. I know my namne seems like im cheating but I dont CFG nor do i even know how to.
