This profile is not permitted

I have been playing this game since it came out and instantly fell in love, I might not have all of the seasons played on my account but I have never once cheated or violated the EA guidelines in any...

Hello all,

I just recently came back to playing Apex after not playing for a few months.

The computer I first used was a computer that has the Dev build of Windows 11 which is known to have issues with easy anti cheat. (Was unaware of the issue and never a problem in the past).

I have switched to another machine and the game launches and on first launch I am getting a message that says "This profile is not permitted to play online. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information."

Then click to retry.

I have clicked and then it lets me in and I can play around in the firing range (haven't tried an actual match yet).

I have not received any notification from EA about my account nor is there anything in my ban history.

What is wrong with my account or is this a bug in the game?

@EA_Barry Someone moved my new post that I created into this one.
These are not related questions (even though problems are similar errors). I do not have any actions against my account and it seems like I can still play I think.

yeah man, i got some problem to
and using windows 10 from win 11
and still nothing change
this really bad network glitch
