Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended
I have gotten banned on my main account that has 1500 hours, and before that I had a ps4 account with 6k. And suddently on the 20th of march I got kicked out of my game saying the anti cheat couldnt check my account. I restarted my game, and just kept on playing figuring that my steam might have messed up, or something. Then I got kicked again saying the same reas. I proceeded to get of and play a different FPS game. 21th march I booted my game up, played for 3 hours, got kicked again. So I once again quit the game, and played another game. Then I come back and I am suddently locked out. I proceed to check my ban history and it turns out I got banned for gameplay enhancement. (I got some of this on video). Me being very confused I just placed a appeal which they responded with "Your ban will stay". Me still confused I put in another ban appeal, trying to figure out what is causing the anti cheat to strike me, but they cant tell me. Makes sense, but just a reason for a ban would be nice. I then check everything, whole pc scan, playing diffrent accounts where I change my launch options, change keyboard profile, and still I get banned after a couple of hours. I am at a lost for options, and I genuitly dont know what is going on. I have a youtube where I kept up my progression for YEARS, all the way from playing controller to my mouse and keyboard journy. (Not promoting, just wanna point it out). Is there anyone that can help me figure out what is causing this issue, and maybe able to safe my old account?

Do you use macros: No, I have SOCD on my wooting keyboard which is never stated to be illigal, and I know pro's use it.
Do you use any external hardware (Xims, Titans, enc): No I do not, I have a HSK pro 4k, Wooting keyboard, and about 200 hours in kovaaks where I leaderboard grind for over 2 years now. I have never once cheated, and have been very vocal about it.
Do you use a overlay: No, I just boot up steam, open apex, and play. No other processes running in the background, other then OBS for video footage.
What launch options do you use: I use the same launch options as hugowolfy (not trying to promote)

Do you use any software interfering with the looks of apex legends: No I do not. I have a AGON PRO AG276QZD, which I have been using for 2 years now.
Do you use stretch resolution: Yes I have for many years now, I run 2092x1440p. No black bars. This again is allowed in Apex Legends.
