The flashing lights on the model are hurting my eyes. Please help

I have no idea how this happened
I’ve tried fixing it by clicking the "Fix File” button on Steam, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, switching platforms from Steam to EA, and updating my graphics card. I’m out of idea please help me.
