Twitch connection is NOT showing up in EA connections

Hi, Recently I changed my Twitch and EA password and in doing that I had to reconnect my accounts. I've been trying to reconnect EA and Twitch and although the connection shows up on Twitch, EA does...

    I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. I'm afraid this isn't something we can help with here on Answers HQ. 

    You can find more information on how to set up a case with them at the EA Help website. You can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead, if you prefer.

     the problem is, when i go through all of that there isn't an option to actually contact them. it sends me to a "how to UNLINK" your account which isn't what i want to do

      Hey @Kawe-kun, 

      Have you tried choosing different options when you set up the case? You should have a chat or phone option depending on where you're located.
