Twitch drops and Twitch prime.

Recently returned to Apex after a year or so, I saw there was Twitch Prime rewards so I decided to link my Twitch account (or so I thought) with my EA account, I did got my Twitch Prime rewards, after that I started watching streams to get the still active Christmas drops, but when I tried to claim them, it kept saying to link an EA account, I click on the "connect" button but it doesn't send me to any other website, I looked at my Twitch connections and didn't see my EA account, I looked at my connections on EA and there is my Twitch, PSN and Steam accounts linked, but when it comes to the Twitch account, it doesn't show my Twitch account name, it showed what it seems to be random letter, I also opened Apex to see if it was a bug or something and I actually got the drops, but I didn't. I'm not sure if my Twitch Prime account and Twitch account are separate, I have claimed multiple drops and Twitch Prime rewards from other games, linked my EA account the same way I linked all of my other accounts (Epic Games, Blizzard, Ubisoft, etc.), so I'm not sure why it doesn't let me claim the drops since I had no problem claiming the Twitch Prime rewards.
