Twitch Prime Gaming Loot
I recently saw there was Prime Gaming loot for Apex Legends which was great considering I had just started playing the game as well as purchasing all of the legends. However, I claimed the last three being: Freedom Fighter Fuse, Adrenaline Affliction Octane and Cold Blooded Caustic. It has been over a week since I claimed each of these and haven't received a single one. I have already ensure that my EA account linked to my PS4 is linked correctly to Prime Gaming and it is. When I went to the EA Contact Us page to resolve missing loot, they sent me to talk with Amazon Prime Gaming. I found a live chat and confirmed that I had claimed the loot with my Twitch account. I am frustrated as I have no other option besides this and I hope that EA will help me either receive this loot or give compensation for all the trouble I have went through regarding this issue.

From the looks of it you have an Amazon account linked to the account you're posting on here, but that account is not the account you play on and an advisor will need to explore your options with that.
